Recruiting:  Now we go to work!  Based on the information you have provided, a recruitment plan is implemented to source out and qualify candidates through the use of an extensive database, introductions through related industry contacts, internet data mining, and a myriad of other resources, both current and traditional.  Careful consideration is made in conducting searches for candidates who: live within the appropriate geographic perimeters, can bring specific customer relationships, and/or bring expertise which can be beneficially transitioned to your business.  On occasion, other familiar and trusted recruiters are partnered with to expedite searches.

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Act as an Agent:  By practicing a few simple steps and working with you as a consultant, the interviewing process can be a smooth operation.  You can count on: efficient scheduling of interviews, all parties being kept informed of important details, the preparation of all parties on expectations leading up to interviews, follow up after interviews, complete background referencing, assistance in preparing an offer that will be accepted, and closing for an acceptance of your job offer.
  1. Presenting Candidates:  At the completion of the search phase, resumes of carefully screened candidates are forwarded to you.  Not only will each one meet or exceed your qualifications but they are also screened for level of interest, availability to interview, and realistic desire to make a job change.
  1. Follow Up:  Feedback on the recruitment process assists in developing more customized results for future searches and insuring that you are receiving the services you deserve.
